How This Works:
1. Choose Your Items: Browse through our extensive collection of fankit items. Whether it's mug, phot card holder, keychains, or cloth banners, pick only the items you desire!
2. Customize Quantity: Want more than one of a specific item? Adjust the quantity to your liking. Mix and match to your heart's content.
To proceed with your order, you must select at least 3 items. If you choose less than 3 items, your order won't be processed.
3. How To Order 2 items for the same product: To order the same item twice, first add the item to your bag. Then, return to the homepage. Navigate back to the item and add it to your bag once more.
4. Review Your Custom Kit: Once you've made your selections, review your personalized fankit in the cart. Make sure you've got everything you need!
4. Special Bundling: We know unboxing is special. Even without a pre-set package, we'll elegantly bundle your custom items. You can purchase for our corrugated box that fits your fankit items, and we'll include a complimentary ribbon and shredded paper. (Add to cart it separately.)
5. Safe and Secure Checkout: Once satisfied with your fankit, proceed to our secure checkout. We offer multiple payment methods for your convenience. PAYPAL (Direct payment), GCASH, MAYA or if you have other payment options in mind please DM US to check the availability of your payment option.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. NO CANCELLATIONS
â especially after your order has been confirmed, if you wish to cancel, you must pay HALF of the price of your orders unless you can find someone to take your slot. (Will only take place once production proceeds)
2. NO JOY RESERVERS
â Late payments will add a penalty of 30 PHP per day for a maximum of 7 days. Failure to provide proof of payment within the said week indicates joy reserving.
3. NO BOGUS BUYERS
â We ask you to please donât order anything if you will just end up not being able to pay for it. Respect begets respect.
4. NO CHANGING OF ORDERS
â especially after your order has been confirmed and is already in production/transit.
5. We have the RIGHT to cancel or REFUND your orders in some cases that the items are out of stock or you have failed to pay the item within the alloted time.
6. We will send an order confirmation via email after you have placed your order from us.
7. We are not liable for any factory defect by our manufacturer and delayed or damages cause by international or local carrier. These are beyond our control.

- Policy around returns, exchanges, damages, and lost packages: STRICTLY NO exchange or return policy due to items are all PRE-ORDER and custom made.
- Order processing and delivery times: Items are all made to order. Kindly expect minimum of 10 days for orders to be processed and at least 4 days to pack and be delivered. Please note that only 1 admin will be handling the shipping and packing so we greatly appreciate your patience with us.
