International and local shipping options: We can offer postal mail delivery, international delivery courier like FEDEX, DHL or, ABest, or you can find services that offers affordable shipment from the Philippines to your location for INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. Please check availability of courier services around your area first.
Policy around returns, exchanges, damages, and lost packages: STRICTLY NO exchange or return policy due to items are all PRE-ORDER and custom made.
Order processing and delivery times: Items are all made to order. Kindly expect minimum of 10 days for orders to be processed and at least 5 days to pack and be delivered. Delivery will only be available during the weekend. Please note that we only have a limited number of admins who will be handling the shipping and packing so we greatly appreciate your patience with us.
